With over 20 years of experience in the design, manufacture and distribution of the highest quality wholesale body jewellery, silver jewellery, fashion jewellery and men’s & women’s stainless steel jewellery, our knowledge of the industry is second to none. We pride ourselves on our original and innovative designs, our superior manufacturing and the outstanding customer service provided to all our customers.


You may not to be familiar with our name, but if you have ever brought jewellery you will certainly be familiar with our products. For many years we have supplied some of the largest and most reputable retail outlets in the UK and Europe.

Our offices are open 9am – 5pm, Mondays – Fridays. We are closed on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas and New Year Period. If you contact us outside of these times we will endeavour to get back to you the next working day.

Orders & Payments

The minimum order amount on our website is £100 before VAT and shipping charges.

We do not have a minimum order by piece, unless stated on the individual item. As long as you meet the £100 minimum order amount you can order as many or as few of each product as you like (subject to stock availability).

You may pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer, cheque or postal order. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Maestro,(Switch) and Solo. Please note we have a minimum transaction of £25 on all cards. If paying by card please supply us with your card type, number, expiry date, security code, cardholder's name and the address that the card is registered to.


Please make cheques payable to: International Collection Ltd and include your company details, the invoice number and your 4 digit account number (if known) on the reverse.

You can set up an online account by clicking on the Register button in the top menu bar. Once you have filled in and submitted all of your details your online account will be activated.

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one. Go to the login page by clicking on Login in the top menu bar. Enter in your email address and then click on Forgotten Password. A new password will be sent to your email address. You can then log in and change your password to something memorable to you in the My Account section.

Yes, if you have a credit on your account please choose the Pay by Bank Transfer option when placing your order. This will send your order to us for processing without taking any money from you at this stage. We can then calculate the amount you owe and contact you with the new total.

If you would like to open a 30 day credit account with us you need to first have placed at least one order on a pro-forma basis. Credit accounts are subject to our receipt of satisfactory trade and bank references. Please contact us for an application form and full terms & conditions. Credit accounts are only available to UK customers.

Yes, our websites operate completely separately from each other so you need to set up an account on each website.

Shipping

Orders within the UK are sent free of charge.


Orders to other European Union destinations are charged at £10.00 per order.


Orders for the rest of Europe and the rest of the World are charged at £15.00 per order.

If you are in the UK you automatically qualify for free shipping. 


If you are based elsewhere in European Union, you qualify for free shipping if you spend over £150.


We do not offer free shipping to other destinations.

Orders will generally be dispatched within 5 working days of ordering. However, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 15 days.

Cancellations & Returns

We endeavour to package our jewellery so that it does not get damaged, but unfortunately sometimes this does occur. Please confirm any damages in writing to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then contact you regarding how to proceed.

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped you will need to send the parcel back to us at your expense. We will process the refund as soon as we have received the returned products. We recommend sending the products back to us in adequate packaging via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot process refunds for products that we do not receive or that have been damaged in transit.


Please note: You need to inform us and return the item(s) unused within 14 days of the invoice date.

If you wish to return an item you will need to inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods returned must be adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend sending the products back to us via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot process refunds for products that we do not receive or that have been damaged in transit.
