Returns Policy

Introduction

We have created this policy to enable you to return product(s) to us in the appropriate circumstances. This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.

This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website.

Returns

You will be entitled to cancel your order or return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:

(a) the product(s) are returned to us within 10 working days of receiving your parcel;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached and in a condition enabling us to sell the product(s) as new;

(c) you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product(s); and none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.

(d) our jewellery goes through a strict quality control procedure before it reaches you. Should you receive a damaged or faulty piece, please send us a clear photo of the fault within 5 working days of receiving the goods and we will assess a refund on a case by case basis.

Returns Procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must fill the returns form, and then send the undamaged product(s) back to us within 10 working days.

Product(s) returned under this policy must be sent by recorded delivery in it’s original packaging to Unit A Level 2 South, New England Street, New England House, Brighton, BN1 4GH, United Kingdom.

EU companies please return your items to our French Office: 67 rue Général Dejean, Castelnaudary 11400. France.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. We will only pay for return postage for product(s) which are faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

We will issue a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product(s) properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

We will not issue a refund for the original delivery charges relating to the returned product(s).

We will not issue a refund for any costs you incur in returning the product(s) to us unless they are faulty or sent in error.

We will issue a refund via your original method of payment.

We aim to refund within 5 working days following the day we receive your returned product(s).

If you return a product in contravention of this, we will not issue a refund for the purchase price or exchange the product(s).
